Boneshaker Project is excited to team up with Austin philanthropists Carlos and Ellen Ortiz to bring a Wake Surf and Water Ski Clinic to underserved youth this August. Over four days, ten middle-school aged youth will learn how to wake surf and water ski in Lake Austin. Under the instruction and supervision of the Ortiz Family and Boneshaker Staff, participants will learn boat safety, develop water sports skills, and enjoy a unique opportunity to experience a new sport.
The Boneshaker Run Clubs are afterschool programs on campus in Central Texas Middle Schools. We partner with schools to create a club that provides group-based, adventurous training through the elite Born to Run Program.
For four years we’ve provided fun, active programs for local Austin kids, free or low cost, in schools and parks across town. Click for a snapshot of where we’ve impacted students and brought healthier lifestyles.
