Todd Reed

Chairman of the Board of Directors

Todd Reed is the Managing Partner of Reed & Scardino. Todd concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate and commercial law, real estate, and technology. Prior to founding Reed & Scardino, Todd was a Partner at both the law firms of Jackson Walker L.L.P., and Bickerstaff, Heath, Smiley, Pollan, Kever & McDaniel, L.L.P., and Senior Real Estate Counsel at Ocwen Financial Corporation.

Todd has served on the board of directors for the National Minority Supplier Development Council, and BiG (Business Investment Group) Austin. He has also donated his time and legal advise to small and minority entrepreneurs on the formation of their business ventures. Todd is an avid amateur cyclist and  master runner. He is passionate about supporting his two boys in their athletic endeavors.

Daniel Scardino

Member, Board of Directors

Daniel Scardino is chairman of Reed & Scardino’s intellectual property and technology practice group. Prior to founding Reed & Scardino, Daniel was Partner in the intellectual property section of Jackson Walker LLP. Daniel’s practice focuses on both business and litigation matters, including intellectual property acquisition, licensing, and patent litigation. Currently an Advisory Board member to the Austin Music Foundation, Daniel supports several community organizations and charities in and around Austin. He also served as a Board Member for Channel Austin, Austin’s Public Access Television Network. Daniel has two small boys for whom he strives to demonstrate an active and healthy lifestyle and always seeks active role models for them to emulate.

 

 

Jen Grogono

Member, Board of Directors

As founder and chief executive officer of uStudio Inc., Jen Grogono leads the company’s vision and strategy for its innovative virtual studio offerings and cloud-based video management and distribution technologies. Jen brings over 20 years of experience in digital content creation and distribution. She co-founded On Networks, pioneering new forms of digital programming and any-screen, any-device distribution. Prior to On Networks, Jen spent more than 15 years creating and implementing strategic marketing and integrated communications programs across a range of technology, consumer, and public service organizations. Her early work in digital media has been recognized through industry awards and noted in business publications like the New York Times, Fortune, and Wall Street Journal. Jen is a huge believer in sound body, sound mind, and believes that through innovative techniques, we can positively influence health and self-esteem, which are keys for shaping future leaders.

Alfonso J. Barragan

Member, Board of Directors

Alfonso J. Barragan is chairman of Eon Corporation. Founded in 1986 as TV Answer, Eon is a pioneer in the wireless communications industry, holding several patents relating to how interactive video and data is transmitted over fixed and mobile wireless networks. To date, the company has invested hundreds of millions of dollars in research and development initiatives, allowing it to lead pace with the rapidly evolving digital and mobile communications market. Today, Eon continues to innovate new technology solutions and to license its existing technologies to businesses in the wireless telemetry, mobile communications, and interactive video.

 

Paul Carrozza

Member, Board of Directors

Paul Carrozza is the former Executive Director of Boneshaker Project and an accomplished All-American athlete and a seasoned coach. He is currently the Head Track and Cross Country Coach at St. Stephen’s Episcopal. He is a dynamic and energetic entrepreneur who has aided many renowned Austin-based organizations such as RunTex Foundation, The Trail Foundation and Marathon Kids. Paul has also served on a number of community boards and advisory councils, including the President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports during the George W. Bush Administration.

Paul describes himself as a “fitness philanthropist” and he is excited to bring new strategy to Boneshaker Project. He is committed to developing quality programs and events that contribute to economic growth and increased quality of life in the greater Austin community.

Robert (Bob) Logan

Member, Board of Directors

Robert Logan, an Austin local, is the Vice President of Operations at NLand Surf Park. Robert earned his B.F.A degree in Theater from the University of Texas, where he attended on an acting scholarship. Upon graduation, Robert spent almost 10 years in the acting world, which lead to an acting role at AstroWorld, a Six Flags park. He began working various roles within the Six Flags organization including: Manager of Entertainment, Director of Human Resources, Director of WaterWorld Water Park and eventually Vice President, Operations for Six Flags.

Robert was later the Chief Operating Officer for Innovative Leisure Partners, a consulting business. During his time at IPL he worked on two largely successful projects. One was a massive $6.5 billion mall project in Dubai, and the other was Hurricane Alley Water Park in Corpus Christi, TX, a ground up effort.
