BONESHAKER PROJECT FUNDRAISER! During Amplify Austin (a city-wide day of giving) BHY&F is happy to support a local non-profit: Boneshaker Project. All funds raised go toward Boneshaker’s running, biking & fitness programs for middle-school-aged youth in Austin. $20 donation suggested at the door, but not required.
All signed-in clients will be entered into a drawing for a Manduka eKOlite 4mm-68 inch (New Moon color) Mat and another drawing for a free 3 month membership!! Every attendee receives a free drop-in class certificate.
Blue Honey’s Power Flow takes the traditional vinyasa series and kicks it up several notches by adding more dynamic and rapid movements. You can expect to tone and improve flexibility while focusing on the breath and connection of the mind and body.

1. Strength is king in our world. The most important thing we can do for our athletes is to get them strong.

2. We train work capacity: the muscular and cardiovascular ability to move fast.

3. We train stamina: the muscular, cardiovascular and mental ability to move for a long time.

We train these attributes with every tool we have in the gym:  barbells, kettlebells, atlas stones, kegs, sandbags, sleds, our bodyweight and everything else we can get our hands on.

Strengthening vinyasa flow. Expect a rigorous, fast paced, make-you-sweat practice. This is a strong and fun class with up-beat music. Heated between 84-89 degrees.
Good for students who are physically active, interested in the fitness benefits of yoga and are ready to dive in!
